Eat your way to a happier and healthier life

The session includes:

  • A simple but essential guide on healthy eating, suitable for those of you just starting out as well as those already on a healthy diet  
  • You’ll learn
    • how to nourish your cells with health-giving foods, and why diet is so important for great health
    • The importance of drinking water and eating your greens, and why 5-a-day is simply not enough.
    • Which fats are good, Ok and downright bad for you!
    • What is meant by an alkaline diet
    • Why your cells think there is a sabre-toothed tiger lurking around the corner and how you can combat stress with healthy eating  
    • We’ll dispel a few nutritional myths along the way too

A fun and fact-filled workshop. Leave this session with essential knowledge of what the key ingredients are of a healthy diet.

  • How to ease tension and really relax, to feel revitalised and sleep better.
  • Practical ways to help you respond better to life’s challenges so that you can enjoy better health and less stress-related symptoms.

Leave this session feeling relaxed and with skills to maintain your feeling of wellbeing.

SELF-LOVE           Open up to the energy of self-love
Build your confidence and be more fulfilled

The session includes:

  • Learning about the power of your thoughts
  • Understanding your fears
  • Practical steps on self-acceptance and self-forgiveness

Leave this session with some practical steps for appreciating and loving yourself.

COST:       £30 for each workshop, booked and paid in advance.

REFRESHMENTS:     Hot drinks and water provided.
If anyone wishes to buy lunch at the restaurant beforehand, please allow plenty of time for a punctual start.
