I have a granddaughter who, having had her first child and after many traumatic instances in her life is now suffering quite severely from panic
attacks and depression. The depression is being treated but she wants someinformation about how to deal with the panic attacks and how to help herself to recovery. I found Relaxation for Living some 20+ years ago, then a very small organization, and without the help and course I attended I'm not sure I would have found may way through an extremely difficult and stressful period
in my own life. So a huge thank you
Sir, I am so pleased to have come across this organisation once again. I
first met RfL back in the late 80's. I attended classes at the home of a Ms
Hoeseason near Tolworth, and I learnt things I never thought possible in the form of relaxation. At this time I really needed this guidance and it made a great deal of difference to my life. I still use cassette tapes that I purchsed from my classes to this day. Hopefully I can now up date them to CD and hopefully get them on my IPod. I appreciate you are a new orgainsation now, but I hope you have the sameideals and metods adopted back then. I will make every effort to support you
over the comming years.
