Relaxation for Living has been
in existence for more than 35 years. We train suitable individuals to
deliver four weekly 1½ hour classes to small groups of sufferers of the
symptoms of anxiety and mild depression, most of whom are referred to us by
their GPs although a significant proportion are self-referring.
